There's this raw and edgy part of Drew tracks, that causes listeners to focus in on the uniqueness of his flow and melodies. Growing up Drew Yung never realized that all those hours spent in his room listening to music and drawing were shaping his future. Life changing incidents and car accidents made him focus on the business aspect of the music industry. Since a young age he knew that he didn't want the average life, so Drew made the decision to follow his dreams.

As a cool and melo kid growing up in a small family. Drew's low-key and confident demeanor would set him up in the spotlight of others. From the hard times of life and the daily struggle of the streets of Chicago, Yung was forced to mature at a early age. The passion he had for music and art fed his knowledge of business, which changed his life in a drastic fashion; he proclaims "music did'nt change my life, music became my life!"
